Complete a final audit to ensure quality and functionality. If the vehicle is pre-registration, submit for SSM approval through the ROVER system.

Yes! We offer GVM upgrades from our preferred suppliers, including Pedders and VB Air, while also accommodating other brands to suit your specific needs. A GVM upgrade is essential for increasing your vehicle’s load-carrying capacity while maintaining safety and compliance with road regulations. It ensures your vehicle can legally and safely carry heavier loads without compromising handling, braking, or stability—giving you confidence whether you’re on the worksite or the open road.
A complete build including tray and additional accessories could take 4-6 weeks depending on customer preferences.
We aim to minimize tray overhang for optimal weight distribution and safe towing. Our wheelbase extensions allow for an ideal tray size with the same rear overhang as standard, ensuring stability and effective load management while towing. Specific overhang measurements depend on the vehicle model and tray setup.
